Shipping Regions

We ship within the EU and to selected European countries – including, but not limited to, Switzerland and Norway.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery time is 4 to 10 business days. During seasonal peaks (e.g. holidays or promotional periods), shipping may take longer. In such cases, we’ll inform you via email or on our website in good time.

Shipping Providers

We work with the following partners:
GLS for parcel shipping
GW for freight forwarding (e.g. large or bulky items)
Please note:
Delivery to postal branches, lockers or P.O. boxes is not possible.

Shipping Process

Delivery takes place after payment has been received.
If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together – unless otherwise agreed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email (if supported by the shipping provider).
